There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

When we started the process of searching for a home, we thought that with the wealth of real estate services and tools available online, this would eliminate the need for a traditional real estage agent and save us money. After researching this option thoroughly, it was very clear that using you as our agent actually saved a tremendous amount of time, headaches and surprisingly to us (given the claims of the discount internet brokers), a great deal of money. We thought the online search tools would be sufficient for the home search process, but ironically the home we ended up buying was eliminated by our online searching filters, but we ended up viewing it on your recommendation. This is a testament to how well you know and understand the Poway area. Your assistance during the negotiation process was also very helpful and tailored to the Poway market that only years of experience selling homes in this area can provide. The amount of turbulence encountered during the closing process reminded us daily of how difficult and risky this process would be with an discount internet closer. Even though this option seemed attractive because we could conceivably "save" a portion of the buyers commision, there were many complex operations that happened during the close that would have cost us many more times that amount if they were handled incorrectly by a novice.
