• As a CDPE® (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and Certified HAFA Specialist (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives), I am extensively trained to assist struggling homeowners explore all of their options to avoid foreclosure.
• I earned the ASP® Realtor (Accredited Staging Professional®) designation because I understand the importance of staging to ensure that the homes that I market are sold for top dollar.
